At ProStar, we recognize all patients are unique. That’s why our home care services are tailored on an individualized, case-by-case basis. Our caregivers work with the primary physician to develop a plan of care that meets individual needs. We begin that process by visiting your home to discuss your case and address your concerns. Together, we’ll work to identify a caregiver who best suits your needs.
All caregivers undergo a thorough and extensive interview process making sure they see all government regulations.
Who Refers? Patients may be referred by a family member, a friend, or your primary physician may call our agency or you may contact your local Texas Department of Human Services in your area.
